Legendary poker player Tony G to auction an exclusive NFT at Lympo auctions

September 9 — Tallinn, Estonia — Lympo, a company building an ecosystem of sports non-fungible tokens (NFTs) based on world-famous athletes and sports clubs, will hold an auction of the greatest-of-all-time (GOAT) NFT of a legendary poker star Tony G. The auction will be running on an NFT platform OpenSea and will finish on September 14.

Lympo NFTs, digital collectibles powered by blockchain technology, are usually obtainable only by minting them on Lympo’s NFT platform. Every athlete collection includes common to legendary NFTs and one unique GOAT NFT which can only be bought at an auction. Auction winners will receive these Lympo GOAT NFTs plus a long list of exclusive real-world perks associated with the NFTs.

In the case of the special Tony G NFT “Ace from Space”, depending on the final price of this unique digital collectible, the perks will range from a signed T-shirt, a signed deck, a 30 minutes call to an invitation to a private Tony G tournament, birthday shout-out and even a free cash game with Tony G and a stay at a resort. Previously auctioned Lympo cards of various athletes fetched $15,000 — $22,000 worth of crypto tokens per card. Tony G card will be available on OpenSea. Bids for this exclusive NFT can be made in Lympo proprietary token LMT. Bidding starts September 11th at 5 PM and ends on September 14th at 5 PM (GMT +3).
